Eikon comes from the ancient Greek word εἰκών — meaning image, likeness, representation, resemblance.
It is a word with a powerful idea behind it: that something can reflect the nature of another.
For us, that is the beginning of EIKON.
We believe we were made in the image of God, and called to reflect His love in the world around us.
So EIKON is more than a name.
It is a reminder of who we represent.
We build, create, invest, serve and give through a growing collection of businesses and ventures — each with its own purpose, but all connected by the same foundation.
One King.
One Love.
EIKON is our expression of that belief.
Representing One.
We believe Love is the one true capital-the currency that builds, sustains, and transforms.
Redefining Wealth
In conventional economics, capital is defined by scarcity, resources are finite, value is assigned through competition, and markets thrive on financial profit. Love challenges this foundation. It asserts that the most powerful and enduring asset is love—immeasurable, regenerative, and infinitely abundant.
Why Love is Capital
Traditional capital seeks returns in figures; Love invests in humanity, community, and the future, reaping a wealth that numbers cannot quantify. Love, unlike finite resources, multiplies when shared, fostering networks of trust, empowerment, and opportunity. It is the foundation for human flourishing, planetary stewardship, and purpose-driven innovation.
Love funds visionaries who dare to dream beyond profit.
Investing Beyond the Balance Sheet
Love looks beyond spreadsheets and into the heart of ideas, prioritizing people, stories, and ecosystems. This perspective unlocks opportunities to:
Support entrepreneurs whose dreams drive meaningful change.
Fund innovations that solve global challenges through human-centered design.
Build legacies, where love-driven investments uplift not just one individual but entire communities.
Beyond Scarcity: The Economics of Abundance
Conventional economics is built on scarcity, finite resources create markets driven by competition. Love introduces abundance as an economic force. Love multiplies when shared, increasing in value rather than diminishing. In this system, generosity fuels economies where value expands through connection rather than depletion.
Love: The Infinite Asset
Love is not just a philosophy, it is an economic model, positioning love as an asset class that transforms industries, movements, and societies. It reallocates financial resources into ventures that build trust, inspire purpose, and create lasting impact, not just for profit but for legacy, stewardship, and shared prosperity.
Returns That Truly Matter
Traditional financial systems measure success through Return on Investment (ROI); Love redefines this as Return on Love (ROL):
Lives Touched: The individuals empowered by opportunities.
Communities Strengthened: The trust and resilience built through love-driven investments.
Impact Amplified: Tangible progress in sustainability, equity, and shared growth.
The greatest capital is not currency alone….it is love.
The Future of Economics is Love
Love does not seek to replace existing economic structures but to expand them, proving that profit and purpose can coexist. It moves beyond extractive models toward enrichment, where investments serve not just markets, but people. Success is measured not by individual accumulation, but by the strength of shared ecosystems.
Love is not depletable. It grows, strengthens, and transforms everything it touches.
“Let all that you do be done in love.” – 1 Corinthians 16:14
Since Day One (1997)
Before websites or email inboxes, before hashtags or overnight shipping, there was just a spark. Two stickers. A postage stamp. And a dream. That dream was called Crossology. From a humble studio apartment, mailouts were hand-prepared for every Christian store across Australia. No grand marketing strategy, just faith, glue sticks, and the kind of zeal that turns small beginnings into stories worth remembering.
The Year of Mystique and Minding Our Own Business (1998)
Nobody really knows what happened in 1998. Some say we went deep undercover to recalibrate our fonts. Others believe we learned to make a proper cup of tea. Whatever it was—we did our thang. Quietly. Casually. Unapologetically.
The Sticker Renaissance (1999)
Out of the mysterious mist of ’98 came ten glorious stickers, shining in seven different colours. Ninety independent stores and one national chain said yes. Yes to messages that stuck.
Flash and Fabric (2000)
T-shirts appeared—five colours, four sizes. Our stickers went die-cut. And behold: our first website was born, entirely in Flash. It shimmered, it twirled, it probably crashed your browser.
[Insert Casual Magic] (2001)
…what did we do in 2001? See: 1998.
Threads and Tunes (2002)
Caps joined the lineup. Then women’s T-shirts. Then beanies. Seven shades of headwear glory. Our first CD graced the virtual shelves. We renamed the storefront: Rhemashop—a name that hummed on the lips of Australian Rhema Radio listeners everywhere.
Years that Whispered (2003–2004)
Stillness again. We did our thang. Possibly discovered chai.
The Pivot (2005)
Rhemashop gently folded and rose again as iChristian—a free store for ministries, profit-sharing and all. Music downloads made their debut.
2006–2008
We call these the Selah Years. Quiet. Intentional. Purposeful. Ditto 1998.
Sticker Déjà Vu (2009)
Our sticker empire resurfaced with all its technicolour glory. Because sometimes, nostalgia sells.
Mysterious Again (2010)
We probably wore hoodies and quoted Isaiah. That’s our guess.
Rise of MICI (2011)
From deep soul and deeper conviction came MICI Magazine—Made In Christ’s Image. Created for young women with purpose, identity, and radiant truth. A quarterly dose of value in a world of surface.
Echoes and Empowerment (2012–2013)
Ditto 1998. But we did birth Downunder Publishing and MICI Minute—faith in sixty seconds on the airwaves.
A Quiet Flame (2014)
Again, we did our thang. Bless this year.
The Apparel Awakening (2015)
Preacha.com launched: For the preacha in you. Alongside it, MICI Girls Magazine hit shelves—offering young women an alternative to fame and filters.
Beyond Borders (2016)
MICI Magazine landed in Russia. Lochsley Capital quietly emerged—another seed planted in faith.
Silent Steps (2017)
Classic 1998 mode. The rhythm of rest.
Diversification Station (2018)
We introduced the world to Cynagogue—soundtracks for storytelling. And onehost.com.au—web hosting with mateship baked in.
Retreat and Revelation (2019)
Ruah Retreat was born—not a conference, but a sanctuary. A place for soul-breathing.
Pandemic & Preparation (2020)
As the world paused, we retooled. Rebranded. Got ready.
A Holy Pause (2021)
We bravely hit pause on MICI. It was clear: God was sketching new blueprints.
Remixing & Refreshing (2022–2023)
Recalibrated began remixing music for higher purpose. 1STAR.au launched. Then 1STAR took over Preacha.com. “Many Athletes. 1STAR. Hallowed be thy game.” became the rally cry.
A Final Whisper (2024)
You already know. We 1998’d it.
The Rebirth (2025)
There was a time when we thought we were simply building businesses.
Then we began to see something bigger.
The work was never really about the businesses themselves.
It was about what they could represent.
The ancient Greek word EIKON means image, likeness, representation, resemblance.
And suddenly, the name gave language to what had been there all along.
We are called to reflect something greater than ourselves.
To put love into action.
To build with purpose.
To create with conviction.
To invest with stewardship.
To give generously.
To serve faithfully.
Not simply for what these things can become, but for Who they represent.
One King.
One Capital.
One Love.
This is EIKON.
Representing One.
